**Marinette**

Hello, I'm Marinette and I live in France, near Paris with my husband Fabrice and our two children Vincent, 10 years old and Quentin, 5 years old.
I decided to stop working to take care of my son Quentin who is autistic.
I have many occupations and I love cooking, I could stay entire days in my kitchen preparing good things to eat. My father taught me how to cook since I was a little girl. France is a great country for eating good food and I think this tradition should be preserved, it's so important to eat well!
I love reading and cross-stitching, but scrapooking is really my passion and I spend most of my free-time creating scrapbooking pages and cards.
Thanks to Ingrid and Hanneke I recently discovered the Papertrey Ink products and I really fall in love with them! They are so unique and very different from the products we could find in Europe. I totally love Dawn McVey and Lisa Johnson's creations, they are so talented and gifted, and so is all the Papertrey Ink design team!
I am so glad to be a member of the Papertrey Peeps, 17 talented women, very inspiring! I hope I will learn to better know them very soon. They have such different styles and they represent such a great and rich inspiration for me!
I would like to thank you so much for letting me join you and thanks to you I will push my creative limits even further!

Marinette, I wish you could send some of your fabulous cooking over the ocean. I'm glad you are part of the Peeps.

I'm absolutely delighted that you are part of our Peeps group! I think cooking is universal and we all would have such fun in a kitchen together IF we were not stamping.

Salut! It's wonderful to learn a bit more about a fellow European peep, if you're not busy could you travel the Channel and teach me how to cook?! LOL!
I too love Lisa Johnson's creations (Shhh! I think she's my fave of the DT!)
I love your blog and am so happy you're a part of our group!

Marinette, I would love to visit you and watch you cook. And then eat what you prepared:) I have visited Paris a couple of times; the first time was 25 years ago with 60 high school students. What an experience! I am finding great inspiration from your blog. I'm glad you're a Peep!

Bonjour Marinette, I enjoyed reading your intro and getting to learn a little more about you. I love reading your blog and seeing your fabulous creations! How wonderful that you love to cook. It is something I hardly do anymore as my DH has happily taken over many of those duties. I have been to Paris many years ago and loved it. My first husband was in school for one semester at the Alliance Francaise and I was able to visit there for 10 days. He stayed with a lady who rented a room to students and it was a fabulous experience for me to be there with her. However, my French sadly is quite poor! So happy you are now one of the Peeps. Hugs!

I agree with Linda, you have such a pretty name! And it was so much fun to read a little bit about your life overseas. Although to you it isn't overseas, its home . . . all right, I think you know what I mean. I agree, good cooking is essential and I'm sure your family appreciates all the lessons you received from you dad.
